The exhibition exposes the extractive systems that generate immense profit while shaping the lives of women worldwide, and celebrates the care, creativity, and resistance of mothers, grandmothers, caregivers, garment workers, and visionaries engaged in world-making. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Created in collaboration with students and instructors Mei Tao, @cameronrussell, and @candacefam, the exhibition emerged from a course using fashion case studies to apply foundational feminist texts while co-creating critical, transnational research.
